Your Rights, Our Rules, Clearly Stated

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "tkko", "we", "us", or "the Platform" refers to the tkko online betting and casino platform operated at tkko.io and all associated subdomains and services.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the tkko platform.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player on the tkko platform following successful registration.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's tkko wallet at any given time, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus funds credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total bet amount that must be placed using a Bonus Balance before that bonus can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• "Game Provider" refers to any third-party software studio whose games are made available on the tkko platform, including but not limited to Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to and use of the tkko platform is restricted or forbidden under applicable law.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used as the official reference for all platform activity, match scheduling, and transaction timestamps on tkko.

By accessing the tkko platform, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the tkko Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tkko. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform and, if already registered, request account closure by contacting support at [email protected].

To register and maintain an Account on tkko, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity, trust, or automated system).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. The tkko platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Minors are prohibited from accessing the platform under any circumstances.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
4. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee, contractor, or director of tkko or any of its affiliated Game Providers.
6. You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or any other restriction that prevents you from accessing online gambling services.

Each eligible individual may hold exactly one registered Account on the tkko platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, or shared device and payment details — is strictly prohibited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You agree to keep this information up to date throughout your use of the platform.

tkko reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a national identity card, passport, or utility bill) at any time and to suspend account activity pending verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account closure.

• You must not share your Account credentials with any third party.
• You must not allow any other person to use your Account to place bets or conduct transactions.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted on your Account, whether authorised by you or not, until you notify tkko of any unauthorised access.
• tkko accounts are personal and non-transferable. Selling, transferring, or gifting your Account to another person is prohibited.

All monetary transactions on the tkko platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single-deposit cap, though transaction limits imposed by your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard) may apply independently.
• Deposits are credited to your tkko Balance in real time following confirmation from the payment gateway. Processing delays caused by the payment provider are outside tkko's control.
• tkko does not charge a fee on deposits; however, your mobile banking provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to tkko's anti-money laundering procedures.
• All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. tkko reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Approved withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes during operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take up to 3 business days.
• Any Bonus Balance that has not met its Wagering Requirement at the time of a withdrawal request will be forfeited automatically upon withdrawal.
• tkko reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms is suspected.

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the tkko platform. Game-specific rules are published within each game's interface and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets placed on tkko are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the Player after placement, except where tkko offers a specific cash-out or bet-edit feature for a given market.
• tkko reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or outcome that was priced or offered in error. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Balance.
• Winnings from settled bets and resolved games are credited to the Player's Balance immediately upon settlement.
• tkko is not responsible for any technical interruptions — including internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or power outages on the Player's side — that cause a game session or bet to be interrupted. Partially completed game rounds are governed by the relevant Game Provider's technical rules.
• The outcome of all games on the tkko platform is determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems operated and independently audited by the relevant Game Provider. tkko does not interfere with game outcomes.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on tkko's server, the server record shall be conclusive.
• Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and other ICC events — are subject to the specific sportsbook rules published within the tkko cricket betting interface. Match abandonment, result reversals, and disputes are resolved in accordance with those rules.

tkko offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonus activity unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be completed before any portion of the Bonus Balance can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier for each bonus is stated in that promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds will be held as a Bonus Balance, separate from your real-money Balance, until the Wagering Requirement is met.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period specified in the promotion. Any unused Bonus Balance remaining at the end of the validity period will be forfeited without compensation.
• tkko reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect Bonus Balances already credited to a Player's account before the change takes effect.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the same promotional offer more than once through multiple accounts or by any other means constitute prohibited conduct under Section 8.
• Certain game types (for example, live casino tables) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward the completion of Wagering Requirements. The contribution schedule for each game category is published in the promotion's individual terms.
• tkko reserves the right to cancel any bonus and void any associated winnings where there is evidence that the bonus was claimed or used in violation of these Terms or the specific promotion's conditions.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkko platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, bets voided, and any Balance held subject to forfeiture at tkko's sole discretion:

• Fraud and misrepresentation — including providing false identity information, falsifying documents submitted for verification, or impersonating another person.
• Multiple account operation — registering or operating more than one Account on the tkko platform.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Use of automated software — employing bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the tkko platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Bonus abuse — exploiting bonus structures, wagering patterns, or promotional offers in a manner that is inconsistent with normal recreational play and designed solely to extract bonus value without genuine engagement with the platform.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in relation to a legitimate tkko transaction. Players who initiate chargebacks may have their accounts closed and outstanding amounts pursued through available legal remedies.
• Money laundering — using the tkko platform to deposit, layer, or integrate funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploitation of technical errors — deliberately taking advantage of software bugs, pricing errors, or system malfunctions to place bets or claim winnings that would not otherwise be available under normal operating conditions.
• Harassment — engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward tkko staff or other players through any communication channel.

tkko is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides a suite of tools designed to help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. Full details of these tools are available on the Responsible Gaming page.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time via the account settings panel. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session duration alerts to help manage time spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a voluntary self-exclusion period of between 30 days and five years. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and cannot be reopened before the exclusion expires.
• Reality Checks: tkko displays session-duration notifications at regular intervals to help Players keep track of time spent gaming.

All content on the tkko platform — including but not limited to the tkko brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of tkko or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tkko platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any tkko content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any tkko content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the tkko platform.
• Use any tkko trademark, logo, or brand name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without express written consent.

tkko collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

tkko uses industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the tkko platform. Sensitive financial data — including payment method credentials — is never stored directly on tkko servers; instead, it is handled exclusively through our certified payment gateway partners.

tkko will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or fraud prevention services where required by law or where tkko is legally compelled to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tkko's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

tkko shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business, or anticipated savings.
• Any loss of data or corruption of data on the Player's device.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss of any kind.
• Service interruptions caused by events outside tkko's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tkko's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

tkko reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, tkko will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform.

The revised Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the tkko platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the tkko platform. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the tkko platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

Formal dispute resolution procedures are outlined in full within the tkko platform's dispute resolution policy, which is available upon request by contacting the support team. tkko commits to acknowledging all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to issuing a final resolution within 28 days of receiving a complete and documented complaint.

Players retain any statutory rights available to them under applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded or waived by contractual agreement.
